I hope to get some more patterns up soon, particularly for the Civil War purse, but I need to figure out how to do PDFs first, as I want to include graphics and the original pattern.

There's a free program you can download called "cute writer". It converts anything to PDF. Works well, too. :)
You could also download Open Office which has a PDF converter and is compatible with Word documents. That's how I produce PDF's - couldn't be simpler!
