I may not be posting much for the next three weeks. On the other hand, writing is one way that I procrastinate and avoid stress, so I may be posting quite a bit. There's no way of knowing at this point.
To put it bluntly the next three weeks are going to be a challenge.
I will be teaching an entire semester's worth of the Research Writing class in only three weeks (in thirteen days, actually). Holy crap!
Class starts tomorrow and meets three hours a day, five days a week, until June 5, when I leave for a rock star tour of Illinois and Iowa. While class starts Tuesday, grades for last semester aren't due until Thursday, which means I still have a stack of final exams (given today) to grade as well as twenty-one four-page papers yet to go.
In the meantime, here's another photo of Phoebe, the doll we're raffling.
I'm not responsible for her dress, but I did knit her sontag and made her muff out of some black velvet ribbon and a small piece of mink I got in a box lot.
