Knit Night

All I've been able to think about for the past two days is that knit night is tonight.

Here's why.

On the desk:
  • 40 paragraphs
  • 4 analyses of audience
  • 20 papers on environmental footprints
  • 1 quiz, 1 syllabus, 1 essay assignment to write
  • 1 completely hand-stitched 1806 dress whose skirt waistline is 23" inches bigger than the bodice to which it needs to attach.
Incoming:
  • 40 essays on the perfect spouse
  • 40 quizzes

Well, have fun. I have two meetings, both at the same time, both of which I have to attend...

I'd love to see what your students think the attributes of a perfect spouse are! Also, am eagerly awaiting the finished dress.

I've put off working on both the dress & the papers. I'm usually gently surprised by the spouse papers--although the one I did read said he wanted a girl who looked like Scarlett Johanson, could sing like Christina Aguilera, and was nice like Mandy Moore. At least his paper was focused and unified!
