Whacha been up to?

Turns out I don't have skin cancer, which is good. I also haven't heard about the job, which is bad. I've definitely got a sinking feeling by now. I'll post tomorrow about the whole east/midwest politics thing.

For now, I got this from Cindy.

It's amazing when you look at it in black and white just exactly how many things you have tried in knitting, isn't it? I know I feel almost accomplished, sort of. And, you're making me a wreck on the grading thing. You must be fast. Good luck on the job hunt and YAY on the skin cancer. I've had basal cell surgery and it aint' fun (on my face no less).

I'm glad you don't have skin cancer!

My dad has to get pre-cancerous growths removed on a regular basis now, and it is no fun (as Cindy writes as well).

Hopefully the job process is going slowly due to other commitments of committee members? Maybe everyone is grading papers?
