Taking Off

One of the Firefly mitts is done. The photo I took at 6:15 am could not do it justice on this rainy day.

I'm off to Hannibal to be a rock star tonight. On Sunday I am giving a presentation on Civil War knitting to the Springfield guild.

What am I most excited about? On the way home tomorrow, I am stopping by a poultry show. LB has made me promise not to bring home a chicken.

I think it's just too much to ask.
