Downloading

I'm still downloading and editing photos from the Decorah trip, and I'm in town for less than 24 hours. That means just a quick peak at an FO: a preemie cap, my old standby.

The woman who collects the preemie caps for my guild has ideas about preemie caps that are, how shall we put this, traditional: no bright colors, no embelishment, no variation from the basic pattern. Every month as she collects them, I can hear her grumbling.

I try to make her happy, but every now and then I can't help it. Every now and then an i-cord, a square knot, a loop, or a spiral will show up at the top of one of my caps. I'm sure an eccentric baby is born--every now and then.
